THE GOAL
Updox develops tools that help doctors better communicate with each other and their patients — such as telehealth, secure text, e-fax and contactless check-in. Telehealth was a growing part of their product portfolio; they needed a way to position themselves as an industry leader and communicate this to a crowded market. In an effort to grow this area of their business, Updox hired Intero Digital as a marketing partner to create a fully integrated campaign for its telehealth services.

The proactive campaign launched Updox onto the national stage in regards to telehealth, landing them a coveted spot on the HHS.gov website as a recommended telehealth vendor. The campaign resulted in:
