Sales Development Representative
Location: San Diego, CAType: Full TimeMin. Experience: Mid Level
In the SDR position, you will be responsible for self-generating new leads using research tools, email, social media, and other techniques to reach out to prospective clients who are interested in improving their online presence and digital marketing strategy. This role is primarily inside sales and business development. A successful candidate will have strong motivation, verbal and written communication skills, a go-getter personality and the ability to convey ideas and strategy.

Responsibilities:
Identifying decision makers among targeted leads in order to start sales process
Strong research focus
Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects
Providing effective product demos for potential customers and partners
Emphasizing service or product features and benefits
Creating and delivering qualified leads to the sales team
Capturing accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
Requirements:
A solid background in Sales, Business Development, or other (3 years + ideal)
Tenacity, confidence and a drive to increase the business
Solid organizational skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office products
Strong writing/typing skills
Mastery of the English language (written and verbal)
Adaptable, creative, and a problem solver who takes initiative
Personable, outgoing
Willing to travel (once restrictions are lifted)
Experience with Salesforce a plus
