Yellow Submarine Marketing Communications are escapees. Not from a state institution, but big-agency life. They didn’t leave empty-handed, though. They made off with powerful, big-idea generating skills garnered from years of experience working in a national agency. What they left behind were the layers, politics and unnecessary cost and confusion standing between us and doing a good job for our clients.
