Website Design Valley agreed to create a staging website utilizing the clients themes content, images, videos, logos, hosting, WordPress, Elementor, and other existing licensed platforms. It is imperative to note that they had no authority to remove the entire website from our platform while the project remained contractually uncompleted proceedings to offer a refund not received. This behavior raises serious questions about business character and integrity. Accountability is paramount in any professional relationship, and their actions suggest a troubling lack of commitment to fulfilling their contractual obligations. While there are some favorable ratings on this platform there are multiple poor and disturbing ratings across the internet about this company. Date of experience: December 19, 2024
