Unfair Hiring Practices and Wage Violations
I am thoroughly disappointed with the hiring practices and compensation structure of this Company. As a fresher seeking opportunities, I found it incredibly discouraging that this company does not give chances to new graduates. They seem to have an unrealistic expectation for entry-level positions, demanding extensive experience that freshers simply haven't had the chance to acquire.

Overall, Company does not seem to value fresh talent, and their compensation practices are severely lacking. I would not recommend this company to any job seeker, especially freshers looking to start their careers on the right foot.Any areas they could improve?
The interview process was unnecessarily grueling and felt more suited for a multinational corporation than a company of their size. They asked an excessive number of questions, many of which were irrelevant to the position I was applying for. It seemed like a deliberate attempt to intimidate candidates rather than genuinely assess their fit for the role.
