Overview

Based on the success of SpeedTree for Games, IDV started developing a product for use in Cinema. Early in the process, IDV provided an alpha version of this product to ILM as they were working on the film Avatar. Feedback from ILM and other top studios was critical to making SpeedTree Cinema a best-of-breed solution−fit for the best in the business. SpeedTree Cinema and SpeedTree Studio have now been used in multiple film titles, including Snow White and the Huntsman, Super 8, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Avatar.
