BizSafe certification in Singapore is a structured program by the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Council to help businesses enhance workplace safety. It consists of five levels, from BizSafe Level 1 to Star, with increasing requirements. Companies must appoint a key personnel to attend training, conduct risk assessments, implement safety measures, and undergo audits. To qualify, businesses must demonstrate compliance with WSH regulations and progressively build their safety management system. Achieving BizSafe certification enhances workplace safety culture, improves reputation, and may be required for government tenders and partnerships. The certification is valid for three years, with renewals needed.
