She is able to understand the project and seeks clarification to ensure that what I was looking for is what she delivered. Her writing is grammatically perfect, and not once did I have to edit what she wrote. I've worked with many agencies, and this was a pleasant surprise that occurred on every project. I appreciate her ability to extend a writing piece when it was determined that a longer piece was needed later in the project. She completed all work well before the due date. I highly recommend this 5-star agency!Any areas they could improve?
