Overview

Obsidian is the dark natural glass that forms when molten lava meets water and is rapidly cooled. That is what strategic public relations can do - temper fires and give companies a solid, impenetrable foundation in an ever-fluid business environment. Known as The Great Stabilizer, Obsidian the mineral is widely regarded for its mystical power of insight. And so is Obsidian the firm.

Obsidian Public Relations was founded in 2006 by Courtney Ellett, a Memphis native. The firm provides strategy and tactical deployment across the PR spectrum. Obsidian\'s Memphis office is located in the South Main Arts District of downtown.
