When the person who answered the phone asked for my address, I supplied it to her exactly while also including my apartment number. She claimed that wasn\'t the right address because I had listed an apartment number. After that, she questioned me for my security on my 2019 and 2019 taxes, which I answered. That information wasn\'t correct, she said, adding that she had to end the call. These folks harass us, hang up on us, and treat us like total garbage. It\'s time to show them some support.When I arrive to ask for assistance, I see the door sign that reads \"appointments required.\" So I phone the number and make an appointment for the very next day rather than just walking in like a sap.
