The team is thoughtful and they support our brand with appropriate budgets and tools - we are not a big brand or big team, therefore they adjust scale to work with us. We are getting the results they predicted based on our budget/efforts. We collaboratively assess our MER and ROAS daily, and Hunter has the capability to adjust our ad spend by channel and geo in response to the daily trends we observe. Hunter's project management skills are great. They always deliver in a timely manner and they get us updated on their progress along the way. They're very communicative and willing to hop on a call as needed in order to keep us apprised or to keep projects moving. They found what I was looking for — they were lead generation ninjas! HUNTER Digital generated leads even during the COVID-19 pandemic, which met the client's expectations. Their ability to deliver within the established deadlines and budgets was key to a good project management experience. The team also praised their knowledge and expertise to accomplish the task. They were able to provide leads for our business during the COVID-19 pandemic, which was good. Overall, their method worked, and they met our expectations. They were good with project management in terms of meeting deadlines and sticking to budgets. Regarding communication, we used Google Meets and emails. They’ve delivered what they’ve promised, and that’s a cool thing. I don’t understand how they did it, but they found what I was looking for — they were lead generation ninjas!



Any areas they could improve?

They could constantly ask for feedback to continue improving as a company and make me happy with the engagement. Also, they could invest in learning more data about their customers to provide a more rich experience.
