Overview

Jeane joined Fleury Group in 2001, and currently is The CEO. In her previous experience at Fleury, she was the Executive Director for Business Development (from 2018-2021), Medical and Technical Executive Director (from 2012 to 2017) and leader of R&D and Strategic Planning of Medical Specialties (2007-2012). Her business achievements included team leadership, business development, strategic planning, operations management, and medical services. Jeane has a MD degree from Ribeirão Preto School of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (USP) with medical residency in Internal Medicine and Cardiology at the University Hospital, University of São Paulo Medical School. She earned an PhD in Cardiology from University of São Paulo Medical School, performed the Post-doc training at the University of Nebraska (USA) and obtained the degree of Free Professor of Medicine at the University of São Paulo in 2007. In 2008 she concluded her MBA in Knowledge, Innovation and Technology at FIA/USP. She performed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School (2016-2017), Finance for Executives at Wharton Business School (2018), Advanced Management Program at the Sloan School of Management - MIT (2019) and Merger and Acquisitions at Wharton Business School (2020).
