"Gemstone Development LLC is a construction company established in 2020 in Orem by OWSI Flooring and Design & LG Concrete LLC owners. We provide ground-up construction services specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. Established in 1998, OWSI Flooring and Design provides various flooring and wall covering solutions, natural stone and countertops, cabinetry, and lighting for various projects, and we also offer interior design consultations. LG Concrete LC’s 13 years of expertise includes – but is not limited to – concrete work, exterior finishing, footing, foundation, flatwork, and excavation. From our extensive years of experience and expertise within the construction industry, together with our trusted allied professionals and supply partners, we bring more to the table – quality and affordability – so anyone can have the home or project of their dreams."
