Flying V Group has helped the client secure leads through well-targeted ads and web forms. The team proactively stays on top of the timelines, promptly accomplishing their tasks and keeping the client on track as well. They are also good at capturing details the first time around. We’ve begun to rank pretty highly on Google for certain products, getting listed in the first or second pages of search results. We’ve also received a lot of leads through our web forms and ads to the extent that it has necessitated the creation of a pipeline and a separate inbox. Of those leads, we’ve closed several opportunities. We have yet to secure a good ROI, but it has nothing to do with Flying V. It is simply the nature of our business, which is extremely niche and targeted towards a very small group of companies. We wouldn’t have gotten the same opportunities had we not signed up with them. Flying V is great at managing their relationships with their clients. They’re always on top of the deadline, promptly responding to our requests and keeping us on track if we delay. We never have to ask them repeatedly for something. Their team is professional, proactive, and good at capturing details the first time around. We have biweekly Zoom meetings where we discuss updates, improvements, changes, and leads that come through our efforts. What really stands out about Flying V is their professionalism and knowledge of the best strategies for our business.

No, I don’t have any complaints. They have exceeded our expectations. It would make us ecstatic to receive a flood of leads and multiple closed opportunities, but we only hired Flying V’s to market our products and help us gain, at the very least, prospective buyers.

Board members and peers have given positive comments towards Flying V Group\'s output. They offered a determined attitude that showed willingness to customize designs with no limitations. They also provided timely responses and deliverables. No specific measurables. Qualitatively, the site legitimizes us as a business and board members and peers have made unsolicited positive comments. The communication was primarily via zoom, email, and sample website. Responses and deliverables were timely. They had a do-whatever-it-takes attitude. As mentioned, I was impressed by their willingness to custom design icons without hesitation when no off-the-shelf icons met our needs.

I think the start was strong, it would have been helpful to have a midpoint check-in over zoom.
