We have a very simple philosophy here at the factory. If we are doing our job right, the client will not want to go anywhere else. We believe that contracts are for people who are not so good at their jobs. For us, an old fashion handshake agreement carries more weight than a contract written in a foreign language by an overpaid attorney. At the factory we love our personal relationships with clients. We separate ourselves from the other agencies by not having unnecessary steps to the process. You deal with your artist directly instead of an “account representative”. Whisper down the lane is a difficult way to run a smooth ship, so we avoid it entirely.
