Paying employees less than minimum wage declared by govt.

I am extremely disappointed with the salary practices of this Company. Despite the government's clear declaration of the minimum wage, this company chooses to pay its employees significantly less. This is not only illegal but also highly unethical. Such practices show a blatant disregard for the well-being of employees and their families.
