I hired Divisa to handle new product digital branding, website design and branding and product launch.
What were your goals for this project?
To launch a new product into the marketplace. Build brand identity and social presence.

How did you select DIVISA?
I researched different fashion digital marketing firms, consulted over the phone on capabilities.

I selected Divisa after an initial phone call/discovery call. They provided a package as a starter plan.
Foundational Brand Builder (Phase I: Month 1-6) Your brand will be focusing on:
establishing and enhancing your digital foundation by developing your e-commerce site and branding identity
increasing overall brand visibility, and
increasing brand reputation and trust by ensuring brand consistency across all your digital channels (E-commerce, social, etc.)
STEP 0: BRAND AUDIT DIVISA assigns a team specifically for your brand. We get to know you - your strengths, challenges, history, and current needs - and we get to know your target consumer.
STEP 1: E-COMMERCE SITE DEVELOPMENT, MIGRATION & ENHANCEMENT Including but not limited to Shopify Development/Migration/Enhancement/Customization, Call to Action (CTA), Visitor Guidance, UX/UI, Content Creation, Product Pages, Category Pages, etc., Search Engine Compliance, etc. Timeline: 2-3 months
STEP 2: INITIAL GO-TO-MARKET (GTM) STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT During M1-M6, we will develop and outline a cohesive Initial Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy that will cover various digital visibility strategies to be applied in M7-M12.
MARKET TESTING & DATA COLLECTION: Understanding initial market response by the collection and analysis of data points.
SEARCH STRATEGY: Establishing organic search visibility through our proprietary FFSEO (First Foundation Search Engine Optimization).
SOCIAL STRATEGY: Optimizing your brand\'s visibility through various social media strategies including but not limited to FB/IG brand awareness campaigns, influencer marketing strategies, and platform best practices.
MEDIA/PR STRATEGY: Strategic online media outreach, mentions, and placements (Consulting Only. Actual media placement/mention costs are not included)
STEP 3: INCREASING BRAND REPUTATION & TRUST We will be focusing on three things to improve brand reputation and trust by:
Producing and delivering new visuals
Setting up Customer Review campaign
Implementing a customized social validation strategy on Instagram and FaceBooke

RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
There has been NO success and Divisa was fired by our firm. Divisa started Jan 1 to deliver the following. To date Divisa HAS NOT provided a single brand concept, logo, pantones, font, website design, landing page design or content.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
There was very little communication and transparency regarding workflow. When I began to request visuals and technical summaries/wireframes etc, the co-founder refused to provide.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
NOTHING!
Are there any areas for improvement?
Areas to improve is to deliver branding concepts due based on Stage 1 of the contract. Divisa did not provide any branding concepts 2 months into a project in which deliverables were due. NONE of the following were delivered to our company and Divisa was fired.
