Overview

In the mid-1600s, Frederick Devoe led our ancestors from across the pond to the Dutch colony of New Amsterdam (modern NYC) with high hopes for freedom and endless opportunity. 

During the roaring 20s, my great grandfather realized that dream by building a real estate empire for the Manhattan banks. Although the Great Depression put all of that to a screeching halt, our bloodline was still destined for great expectations.
