Lack of Communication and Non-transparency in Hiring.

I recently applied for a position here and was very disappointed with the experience. Despite meeting all the qualifications and taking the time to prepare a detailed application, I never received any follow-up communication from their HR department. Weeks went by without any acknowledgment of my application or an update on the status of my candidacy. Additionally, there was a complete lack of transparency throughout the process. It was impossible to get any information about where I stood in the hiring process or what the next steps would be. This lack of communication and transparency is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company's hiring process. It’s frustrating to be left in the dark, not knowing whether you're still being considered for the position or if you should move on. I hope they can improve its candidate communication and show more respect to applicants in the future.
