They have a great understanding of the product and how to reach our customers.

Thanks to BellaVix, the client has moved up to the top three on some high-volume searches. Moreover, they’ve significantly impacted the advertising costs, reducing them from 30%–35% to 15%–18%. The team is consistent, and they always meet deadlines. Also, they have an outstanding pricing model.

Any areas they could improve?
Our long-term account management is good value for money, but some ad hoc, project-based work is a bit expensive.

Any areas they could improve?
I prefer honesty without sugarcoating. Part of the beginning of the relationship was me training Will to not always make things look rosy. I feel like he, like a lot of young people, tends to want to impress and please his clients, but I prefer to know the truth, whether it’s good or bad news.

Overall Feedback:

They helped a lot in terms of making sure our store had a good rating. They were always great at providing feedback or ideas on how we could get our storefront to have better ratings and how to prevent people from re-selling our products. With BellaVix\'s help, we were able to get 2-3 people to stop reselling our products online.

Any areas they could improve?
My advice is to have an onboarding call, where they can learn all about your product. We\'ve also had calls where we\'ve connected them directly with our warehouse.
