Beetsoft was hired to design and develop and application for mobile devises and web based to provide support to our clients. As we don’t possess the necessary IT expertise the complete project from start to finish was handled by Beetsoft, which was well performed and fantastic outcomes.Any areas they could improve?
There was 2 project managers assigned to our project from Beetsoft and everything was clearly documented. We had Daily and weekly updates. Also, Beetsoft was very clear about how to inform of any bugs or changes and was corrected within 48 hours.
