The brainchild of Neil Salaria, Aviation Indeed was born out of a need to make aviation accessible to the common man and to ensure that every dreamer who dreamt of the skies, would be able to achieve their dreams. A reflection of Neil, the company stands for Trust, Value and Personalisation and brings all of the functions related to aviation under one roof, a first for any Indian company. From providing various services like payroll management, recruitment, airport projects and uniforms to grooming students with courses, counselling and placements, it all falls under the umbrella of work done by Aviation Indeed. They also have an arm that looks into private charter services and placement assistance for aviation institutes. Within just three years of operation, they’ve helped over 13,000 students by placing them in their dream jobs and worked with over 200 companies including SpiceJet, IGT- Indigo Airline, Clubone Air, Tata Starbucks, HMS Host, UPES, Chandigarh University. Furthermore, with the pandemic pivoting everyone’s plans, Neil saw a window of opportunity to help small businesses, growing enterprises and offline brands by assisting them in adapting to the new virtual world, hence La Decoller, a digital marketing company was born. Six months in, the company has already helped 6 brands establish and grow their presence online.
