AL&CO is founded by Mr. Arslan Larik who is also the CEO of the company. He aims to change the lives of individuals with NLP techniques, training, and coaching. He provides Neuro Linguistics Programming Services to unlock the potential of individuals to achieve the impossible in their lives. The teachings change the behavior and thoughts of individuals. Mr Larik himself is a certified NLP coach, trainer, and keynote speaker. He has conducted over 500 workshops to bring change to one’s life.
