We hired SocialSEO for their expertise and consultation in website maintenance and optimization, as well as Google ranking, and overal SEO. They optimized our website (big overhaul initially and no ongoing maintenance), including keyword optimization, content, imagery, graphic design, color optimization, and ideas for future growth. They also create content for our Google My Business page and have delivered extraordinary results in terms of keyword ranking in Google. Since working with SocialSEO, we rank on the first page (and even in the first position) on Google for a number of search words, without any paid advertisements. They have increased our organic traffic month over month and year over year consistently! Currently, our biggest concern is hiring because we have more business than what our staff can manage in a timely basis. Originally, we hired SocialSEO to experiment with LinkedIn lead generation, but we found that the volumes and response rates we\'re worth the expense. It just so happened that our graphic designer who had been working on our website and social media left the company, so we pivoted and let SocialSEO run our SEO. Then we hired them to run our email campaigns. Website traffic up YOY 44%. Organic search and new users up YOY 35%. Overall sessions up 41% YOY. Goal completions up YOY 61%. 36 keywords rank on page 1, with 10 in the first position without any SEM spend. Up until COVID-19 hit, leads were up 36% YOY. Thirty percent of customers are highly or moderately engaged via email. Open rates are between 20-40%. Very effective. One of our first goals was to migrate our website platform from Magento to Zoey eCommerce. We had to build our traffic from the ground up and SEO helped us accomplish that. We were able to maintain our good rankings with the migration and have just been growing traffic and rankings ever since. SocialSEO provided SEO and SEM consulting for a management consulting company. This included optimizing the website, content creation, and PPC advertising. We started to see our rankings drop as well as our website traffic. We tried to manage this in house with tools like Moz and SEMrush, but soon realized we did not have the knowledge base to really understand how to use those tools and interpret their findings. The project is always ongoing. But it started with a complete evaluation of our current PPC strategy, keywords and website review to include title tags and meta tags, H1s and H2s. Once we were in a good place there, we began to review content for optimization, review competitor content for gaps and identify where we can create content, and revisit our PPC strategies. We have already begun to see results. Our traffic is slowly increasing and we feel strongly that our lead quality is improving.
