They’re honest and sincere. The SEO greatly increased business and brought in many new customers, most of which found the company at the top of google searches. This increased business makes it more profitable to utilize SEO services than advertise in print media. They basically designed our website from the ground up and made sure all of the products we sell were listed properly. They set up a Facebook account for the business and periodically write articles to improve the SEO. These articles provide information on our company and help people maintain their vehicles. The keyword research process was fairly collaborative. They explained to me generally how SEO works and then I came up with 30 keywords to best accomplish that. They brought back results and we eliminated or changed keywords that received no hits until we had 15 that were effective. Their response time is impeccable and their honesty is refreshing. They do what I ask if possible and if they can’t, they let me know immediately.

Their solid results at a fraction of competitors’ costs earned an exclusive partnership. The founder’s hands-on approach and integrity make SEO simple and worry-free. It’s very hands-on with John. He calls me every 2–3 weeks and asks me how things are going. I never have a problem getting a hold of him, and his response time is almost immediate. If I call him, I know he’ll call me back within the hour. With Bell, it’d be weeks sometimes before someone called me back. If there’s something I don’t understand, he comes in and takes care of it for me. I’m not good at computers, so he sits down and puts things in layman’s terms. Bell overwhelmed me. We initially thought, “Well, they’re Bell, they’ve got to be good.” That isn’t the case. Their people don’t actually help once they’ve signed you up for a year. They’re go-getters, and they get the job done. I trust John. He’s more caring than larger companies and he dives into the situation. He’s a very honest man.

Local SEO’s strategies have placed the firm’s website on the first page of Google, leading to an increase in clientele. Their transparency makes them highly trustworthy, and quick response times make it easy to approve provided content. We communicate primarily through e-mail, and they’re always quick to respond. If I have an issue or change request, they take care of it immediately. Their transparency makes them highly trustworthy. They’re also straightforward and accomplish what they set out to do.

Rankings for keywords and online inquiries have increased. Local SEO\'s knowledge of the local market, analytical prowess, and timeliness are some of their notable strengths. John Voung, their CEO, called me directly. We had a phone conversation, and I decided to meet and explore what he had to offer a bit further. At the time, I had many SEO inquiries come from around the world, on almost a weekly basis, but John stood out to me as a local supplier who was eager to help and had some good ideas. They have a local presence and focus on it, compared to the other SEO companies I contacted, who were based outside of the country. It’s a combination of being able to communicate directly and their knowledge of the local market.

The site began to climb in Google search as soon as SEO implementation was complete, and it now enjoys steady first- or second-page ranking. Internet leads have also grown significantly. The owner’s follow-through, availability, and personalized customer care builds loyalty and trust. I would give them a 10 out of 10. If I have a concern or change I want to make on the website, I contact John and he responds to me within the day or the hour. Communication is the key for customers, and Local SEO does a great job. It’s a great relationship. John keeps his promises. His company is growing, but he still takes time to call or email me on a monthly basis to see how things are going. I know if I contact him, I won’t wait a week for an answer.

Local SEO Search has met all of the core objectives, and their consistent availability and quick response time are highly appreciated. Aside from getting our site on the first page of Google, they increased the visibility of our firewood service. We started a firewood business during this time, and we weren\'t sure how it would take off, but we actually sold a product the first year. It is continuously expanding, and we’re pleased with the progress. They’re professional, and everything has worked at very well. John is easy to get a hold of by phone. If I leave him a message, he calls back right away. Sometimes, I\'m the one that\'s hard to get ahold of, but whenever I need to speak with them, within minutes, they respond. They provide analytics on a monthly basis. They are local and hands on. Their response time is within minutes. It\'s completely different from my experience with previous providers.

Local SEO Search were able to vastly expand the business’ clients beyond the existing referral circle, with many conversions from Google searches. They were patient, collaborative partners, explaining key steps in understandable language, and delivering all work extremely quickly. They’re local and in my time zone. I can put a face on a name. They show up if I ask them to. My website changes a lot because I’m always adding new services or removing services or adding a new product or removing a product or updating something, which means they have to touch those pages again and do stuff to the pages. I never get any pushback on my changes. It’s a very respectable process and it’s very quick.

He’s the one who will come back and tell me what I should or should not be doing. He comes out to see me at least once a year in person. He sends me metrics every month like clockwork. I am most impressed by John’s honesty, response time, proactiveness, quality of work, and his knowledge, which should be right up there as number one.

Through Local SEO Search’s on-trend strategies, the site continues to maintain a top-3 ranking for all selected keywords. The team’s reliable performance, reasonable price point, and results-driven approach lend a competitive business advantage. We have discussions once a year about upcoming plans, but there’s no actual project collaboration in place. Local SEO Search is fast to respond if we have any questions. We communicate over email and phone most of the time, but John also has visited us in person. I’m mainly interested in getting results. I don’t talk to the team or maintain any kind of connection on a daily basis.
