All things considered, the look and feel of the app couldn\'t be better. We can\'t explain the development side of the project, but it was obvious they didn\'t make mistakes as we received no complaints from users. Also, we\'ve no regrets for the budget.

From the UI designs to the final testing and delivery, we were informed of every single thing. The cost was a little higher than our expectations, but still it\'s worth the product. We also received their after-sales support.

I found two interesting things about Orfeostory. At first, they didn’t seem to promise that our requests for a plugin based on PHP would be fulfilled. But they did quite well. It means they aren’t as big on claims as they’re on actions. The second thing is their openness when you’re suggesting something or going to make a mistake. The fact is, I took them to be too reticent for this. Great experience!

Orfeostory is the last company we’ve worked with so far. Most of those we hired before failed in at least one of these areas: budget, deadline, quality, and communication. We haven’t heard their story from a lot of people. But with us, they maintained things like impressive UI design, good coding skills, and ability to understand clients’ requirements. We wish for them a great future.

After knowing our ideas and demands, they talked about everything at length including those extras which they added to our original concept to make the whole thing more user-friendly. The final submissions were almost flawless except two minor problems. They took that part seriously too. A great experience, no doubt!

Part of our marketing campaign this year involves the use of a lot of visuals, and a few websites are at the center of it. We chose to get something in combination of flat and bold elements. Orfeostory\'s designers handled the requirements very well. Talking to them about anything minimalistic, I guessed they might have to struggle a little. But we didn\'t need that anyway.

From design to development, they did it right. But we had to wait two extra days to get the requests for modifications completed. Probably, they took time to check everything for compatibility and scalability. That\'s completely acceptable.

They had to develop everything, from the basic structure to the essential functions like checkout, filters, product pages, demographic analytics, and so many things. As the website was delivered, we requested only a few changes which they did without excuses. Their documentation was useful, but we expected it to come in simple explanations. However, we don\'t need that very often because we know which agency to contact now in case we need help.

We\'re a real estate developer company with branches in different regions both within the country and abroad. So, it was crucial for our prospects to be able to find appropriate listings from our site. Orfeostory created a custom function that requires only a few pieces of information and presents all the info in just seconds. In addition, the design was appealing too.

I provided them the design and sought their recommendations. They pointed out a few problems and fixed them on their own. Then, we talked about the features I wanted integrated. I felt happy when they informed me of the completion. I took a full day to run the checks on the features and overall quality. In practice, I found nothing that required any change. I worked with some of these agencies before. My experiences were somehow satisfactory but never without a problem except on this one occasion. Should I need this kind of help again in future, I\'ll call Orfeostory first.
