They continue to support the internal staff by advising on best practices and graphics work. For our most recent project the new Luxally site we engaged Nimbletoad to create the foundational structure for the site. Connect all the marketing tools and provide guidance to our internal team who was tasked to populate the site with images and content. Nimbletoad continues to provide support on this site by helping our internal design team strategize on best practices. When a situation arises where a task is outside of our internal teams comfot level Nimbletoad is ready with a solution.

In terms of volume, this averages about 35,000 emails per week and has resulted in just under 1,500 leads throughout the program. Nimbletoad can pivot and scale as needed. Nimbletoad supplements a long-term engagement by providing personalized services and delivering modern, user-friendly sites. The one-person team combined client objectives with his ideas to take the sites to the next level. He communicated well and completed the work quickly. Costs were reasonable. We hired them years ago for our first website. Drew designed the site and built the merchant side, which was just unbelievable. He also helped us get some pictures for the site because he does photography on the side. We wanted someone close to where we are, and I believe we found Nimbletoad by just looking online. We saw their websites and liked what we saw.

Nimbletoad was there from the beginning and start of Serena Paddle Sports. Drew may not develop everyone one of his clients the same way he did with me and Serena Paddle Sports. I had and have specific needs and Nimble toad was able to help and continues to do so that allows me to do what I do best, and get the help from Nimbletoad in areas that I am not familiar with. Serena Paddle Sports would not be a functioning and stable company if Nimbletoad was not there and the way they developed and launched our website, and marketing and strategy plans.
