We originally didn’t plan on having Atomic conduct the on page optimisation and fixes, but we did in the end based on their exceptional auditing work.

The implementation of the new CRM has led to an increase in membership and greatly reduced time and effort associated with administration. Immediate feedback from Society members that the website looks good and professional. With the new CRM system, despite minor hiccups due to the legacy way of membership management, we saw an increase in the number of members. The CRM system has also simplified administration from our end especially the Society is run by volunteers who also have other full-time jobs. Communications are often done through emails, phone or skype. Relevant spreadsheets are also created to record work requests.
