There are two reasons why this project was entrusted to ITSolutions 24x7. One is that I previously collaborated with them on a project that they executed flawlessly and on schedule. Second, when compared to other organisations with whom I\'ve worked on comparable projects, I found them to be the most pleasant to deal with. The nicest thing about them is that they are well-prepared before they start working on the assignment. Furthermore, I encountered no communication issues when dealing with them. There were no impediments to communication. Not at all! Another thing that delighted me was that they encouraged minor additions and revisions even when they were not part of the proposal, while still acknowledging the need and value of last-minute alterations to the project.

ITSolution 24x7 constructed the website from the ground up for us, including the front-end and back-end. They finished the coding and thoroughly personalised the website. The website is mobile-friendly, and they provided us with a backend for website maintenance. The website is complete, however there were a few flaws that needed to be addressed. For at least the next year, we have an ongoing maintenance service contract with them. They provided me with estimated project timeframes and followed through on them. They were fast to reply and make the improvements every time I tried the app and offered back feedback. They treat us like a partner rather than just a customer. They treat the project as if it were their own application.
