We asked SmartSites to develop a new website for us, essentially from scratch. We needed a current look to our former site, and SmartSites made our re-design for our website easy for us to add, change and update during the process. The turnaround to make changes during the development. We liked the timely response and the assistance to generate new ideas with our developer, Irina. We lacked an online presence for customers out of our area that we could not meet face to face. Our new website assured those customers (and prospects) to be comfortable and get familiar with what we do via website.

We hired them to help with our web positioning. We did an advertisement with magazine that is mailed to people around New Jersey, but we didn’t find it very satisfying. Because of this, we decided to hire someone to take care of SEO and web positioning for us. Being on any page other than the first would mean we weren’t going to get a lot of business, so we needed to work on that. SmartSites is a great company, and we feel comfortable with them. We’ve never had a problem communicating with Mike. All of our requests are answered right away. As far as communication goes, they’re top-notch.

They also manage our SEO and SEM and thanks to them we are always the top result organically. I like that SmartSites makes any wish I have a reality. An example is with Chat Bots. I asked Smart Sites to look into a vendor who does Chat Bots for my site and within 2 week's time it was implemented and live on my site and a member of their team even trained my staff on how to use the program. Their team is always available and quickly helps us resolve any issues we're facing. Everytime I work with SmartSites it feels like they are part of my company; they know my business just as well as my staff and they care about it as if it's their own.
